Well, actually what it said is that Russian courts run an acquittal rate of .8%. Which is double what it was last year. So less than 1% of defendants are found not guilty. In the U.S., this rate is more like 17%, and approaches 30% in big cities. And this is why, when the militsia asks for all your money, you give it to them. Right?
